A world of its own emerges on the grounds of the former U.S. military base which has been transformed into a new creative industry quarter and residential area. The quarter consists of four different areas, each with a distinct atmosphere: the Artspace riding stable with a funnel-shaped stand, a large-scale sports park where the former parade ground used to be, the park and the Bubble Campus.
